RMY01 Malta Galley

The main fighting vessel in the Mediterranean for hundreds of years, galleys in the renaissance became amazing instruments of war. Just behind the great spur, or ram of the ship, renaissance galleys had an array of guns in the bow, with one heavy gun running down the center line keel, flanked by smaller caliber guns. The Knights of Malta used the galley very effectively as a pirate hunter, and against the Turks.

Our Skull and Crown 1/300th scale galley measures just under 150 mm from end to end, and comes with the following:

Random flag/awning sheet, crew and captain markers, fusta damage dice holder, smoke marker, furled or no sail yardarms, open and closed arumbada (forecastle)
